Neil has been in the welding industry since 1995, but his artistic career launched even earlier, when, at eight years old, he began to study classical painting. Turkish group of painters founded in 1908 by students from the Fine Arts Academy in Istanbul. This exhibition creates another step in providing artistic opportunities for the members in a professional setting. In 1912 the Ethical Culture Society's Madison House Settlement arranged a show of Jewish Russian immigrant artists, such as Samuel Halpert, in which Gentile artists also participated.
